Challenge
Bookings were handled by phone and email and documented on paper. There was no digital overview, no automatic confirmations and no way to track occupancy or guest flows. During peak season, bookings were missed and staff spent a large part of their time on administration.
Solution
We built a website with a custom CMS, an integrated booking system and an internal analytics system. Guests book online around the clock and receive automatic confirmation. Staff see all bookings in real time and have access to statistics on occupancy and guest flows.
